Skylines website down

Anyone else having problems getting on the skyline models website?

Yep been on and off all bloody day, working on it but most likely won't be up until tomorrow, can only work as fast as others will move!

Anything urgent then please ring as email is effected by the same problem at our ISP, at least the phones are ok.

I put an order in Sunday and have not heard a word or seen it so Fast Lads have got it now.

I have to be honest and say most of my business recently has gone to Fast Lads because their website is just so simple and easy to use. I've always found SkyLines one of the worst ones to use, sorry Bob Using the phone it's a different ball game and there is little to choose though

Agree,website is terrible and now there is no postage choice and price it just says it will be calculated and added afterwards.

Fast lads whole setup is brilliant,great website with stock levels,postage options,various payment methods,fast postage.

I am sorry to hear that but if the websites been down and so was email, we might not of even known about your order so wouldn't have known to even contact you.

And of course we couldn't even put anything up on the website to say there was problem as the site was down!
With out your name I can't track the the order to even say if we received it.

If in doubt ring, that's what we are here for.

I apologies for the problems with the site but sh#t happens in the real World, we acted as fast as we could to correct the problem (believe me, the last thing I want is no website or email for a few days just before Christmas)

I got an email this afternoon from Chloe saying the item was actually not in stock.

It would help if it was more accurate when things are not available a couple of times i ordered stuff one being a Hatori pipe for my 700 and a selection of Sceadu bits only to get a phone call a bit later to say it was not in stock on each occasion.

Appreciate the response though,your website problems obviously didnt help on this occasion.

Whenever i have phoned in for orders they have been fine so will stick to that on future occasions.

well i have used skyline in the past & never had a problem, on the postage side , mrb your right thay calculate afterwards but so do revolution models , but in both their defense i have to say thay are the cheapest for sending stuff i have found ,to me here anyways, for instance a 50 nitro kit , to me courier delivered cant remember the exact cost but less than 15 quid same for the logo kit both from revolution models, i have ordered other stuff from skyline & found them for post cost to be fare has well, i do agree thou both need a live stock to show if every thing is available as i found for the first time last week i ordered esc ect from revolution but thay emailed me to say it was out of stock , its a good job i was not going to a heli competition haha, the only thing i don't like is no pic of goods or no photo of parts i do like to see a pic, so a few little things but overall not to bad, yes fast lad is good but a bit dearer lately i have noted but i stll have em in my list of top shops. jim

All my orders with skyline models have been by phone & can tell me if its stock, by web based ordering theirs always that possibility that if one item is in stock & two poeple order about same time!, which has happen to me before now.
