Finally got back out flying...

Hi all

I have missed this place after been ill for so long. Finally got my bird back in the air the other day after at least 2 months of not been able to fly and was my best session yet. I finally managed some forward flight going without crashing it. I knew my 600 could do more than hover lol.

Got about 6 tanks through and brought her home in one piece. Was so happy :-)

Thanks tourerjim. I was so nervous about flying her again. Couldn't believe how much fun I had. Just hope Christmas break has lots of nice flying days for us all.

Congrats Richard and wb to the forum ... I took a time out with the weather and work and stuff .. Then when I went to fly it felt wierd at first ... After the first few tanks and some setting up all is well and am enjoying it once again

It does feel very weird at first doesn't it. All good though once you get your confidence back.

I not flown mine since 2007! just dont seem to get the time any more however I am working my last day until Jan 5th so hope to get at least 1 flight in 2008 think i will dig out my sim 1st though as i cant afford to fix the old girl at the mo...
