Don't get two things confused. One is an esc issue the other a possible dodgy radio. With the throttle curve the left to right input is the joystick movement and should go all the way from 0 to 100 and the up and down is the output that goes to the esc. You can adjust the left start by using trim, subtrim or ATV and rates and the same goes for the right hand side. If the experts couldn't get the right hand side to move then either they were not experts with your tx or you have a fault with the insides of your tx. Can you contact them and ask if they tried the four things that I mentioned.
I've just reread your first post. They needed the manual. I think that means that they didn't know your tx that well.

Reason: Panic over
it doesn't say they were "experts"cj i would think they were just regular guys trying to help james out!! and if they needed to look at the manual well hey they tried.fair play to em
the heli was set up by Rob blake and i doubt very much if there is an issue at all, just confusion over settings. it will be far better james see's rob before adjusting any subtrims atv etc
With my trim set at centre the throttle will now move to full right on my throttle graph and pitch curve but when it is at 0 the throttle will only got to 75%
How ever the esc was set at 0 trim (tamed set up as we had movement when throttle was in the 0 position

Sorry if it sounds critical of people trying to help, it wasn't meant to be and I didn't mean it to sound sarcastic. I was more concerned that James might have a duff pot in his tx.
When you first setup the scorp esc you must teach it the min and max throttle positions.
If you did this and THEN changed the trim then I would guess that this is why you don't have full throttle range.
Adrian.
Just a little up date, when I 1st got to setup the model, I was thinking about him playing and killing it, lol
I normally set the esc two click above lowest trim possible then for any reason the pot sit higher than zero there is a wide dead band, then drop it to the bottom.
On dual rates in position 1, Ive set 100% and 20% expo, at 0 its 85% and 35%.
All the lever are back in softer position to stop any confusion on what switch should be where.
I have reduced the nor pitch on the bottom to -2 and + 10, just in case he panics and pulls the stick back too quick..
It basically set to hover at 3/4 stick.
Sure the 75% was only the fact that I had setup the throttle curve from 0 to 75%, 75% flat line being from just above the mid stick position.
I didn't want it to be a handful in any way, but with the dual rates in 1 its fun and 0 really soft which should of been fine.
without the heli "live" switch your radio on and click the scroll wheel once and spool round to menu 6 (thro cur) click the wheel. now scroll the wheel till norm is highlighted. now move the stick and you should see a faint black line move across the graph. make sure it goes right across. next look at the curve rob has set( the static diagonal black line) if it doesn't go right to the top of the graph then thats probably why your not getting full throttle and will be set like that intentionaly by rob to keep it tame ( at a guess maybe upto 85% )
thats what i was trying to explain Rob!!! although why i guessed 85% doh! the post says 75%
IF and that is IF I'm reading right, he's saying the line on the DX6i is only going 75% across with the trim right down? Mine goes all the way wherever the trim is. I don't think that's going to be affected by the ESC surely? And I did try with a different max throttle setting btw.
My guess is something could be wrong with the tx or something isn't set quite right?
