    DX7 Has Landed

    Hey All,


    DX7 has just arrived, took it out of the box and to my surprise its the full kit! (without Rx Bat and Charger) including the 4x servos.

    All for £194 Ex PnP from Heliguy.com Well worth a visit! (cheaper then fast lads... they sell it for something like £235) and i also got a free Heli Support DVD!


    So That has made my day, as i was not expecting the full kit, good job i did not order servos in the end!

    Hmm, Looks like somebody made a booboo and you got a good deal! ;0)

    Just tried to order one and it comes up with £194.99 for basic set with no servos which have to be added at extra cost.

    Fast-Lads take alot of beating! they are always my first choice as i know i'm getting a good deal.

      Ile always use Fast Lads, but Heliguy was slighty cheaper, and fast lads was out of stock...i have to agree, looks like they did make a booboo lol :P

        The only slight issue is that the DS821 servos are only recommended for nitro helis up to 30 size and electric to 50 size although most people wouldn't even use one on throttle because of the problems with shearing output shafts.

          Yes this is a good price and maybe a icle slip/mistake as even LMS is priceing it at £240

            Well, i just went to install the Rx, and i find most of the Servo connecters have a little Futaba Nip on them.. so they dont fit into the Rx, so ile have to grind em down, or push out the pins and use the connectors that came with the other servos

              Right, got all the servos leads in now.. after grinding/cutting off the extra rim on the servo connecter, so its time to bind!
