Sofa flyer... 3D ... which ones?!

As above, looking for a full 3d sofa flier, not sure i can wait for the trex 250, and the cx2 isnt much fun anymore!

soon there will be a 4#3 ccpm version which i think will be veryyy cool (out around christmas i think)

but at the moment the best smallest ccpm model is the gaui 200 i believe... (buzzflyer.co.uk)

If you're looking for something to fly 3D in your living room, it's not very likely you'll find anything right now - but the future holds a few promises

I'm looking forward to the day I can get some Kaos going in the living room

Until then - your best bet is to look at heli's like the buzzflyer (see Ade's vids) or for the most ultra stable thing ever - look at the Blade MCX

Neither of which will go inverted - but good fun nonetheless

Hi

I know the tempation is to think ok I can hover fairly well and want to try some 3D stuff indoors but in reality to fly any 3D indoors you do have to fairly good at it out side in the first place and as some one said there isn't much about yet but the future looks promising.

When you say you are bored with the Blade cx, can you do controlled backwards circiuts with it, backwards 8's, piro 8's, even just hover it at any angle in complete control, fly it though doors ways and up the stairs?
If not then you haven't reached the limits of the model yet and there is lots of useful fun stuff you can still do with it.

My CX2 is absolutely crap tbh, cant even keep it from piroetting for more than a minute, and its smashed to peices, just think a full 3d model would be easyer to hover indoors...

i think your a little deluded if you think this!.. the cx2 is the easyiest to keep in a hover!!

just spend £20 odd quid getting yours back to A1 condition and then start to learn whith it again

a 3D model certainly won't be easier, especially a micro one!!!
