    Wayne,

I've been on a training course & only just caught up with the forum again.

Hope you are ok, are you up for visitors yet, I don't have the boys this week & could pop over tonight if you'd like?
    regards

    Pip

Louis many, many thanks mate, I'm not sure I deserve such hi applause with the heli wizards this forum houses, but it was very nice too read, thank you.

Paul thank you too bud, indeed I understand precisely what you mean, due to spending most of my life in moderate to hyper severe pain it has an effect on your well being, and it's all to easy to become wrapped up within your own singular universe oblivious to the effect it has around you, I'm sure this is nothing you haven't already heard and experienced yourself, and in hind sight disappearing for a few weeks didn't really do any good.

Relaxation techniques I've perfected with the help of others helps greatly, and I'd be willing to talk off forum about this further if you wish, just send a PM when your ready mate.

Callum thank you, if I've only helped you 1% then I'm happy as Larry, just being part of this forum helps greatly, and it's comforting knowing it's jammed packed with really kind and great people.

Mike hi Bro, seems like ages since we were flying the 500 and getting into trouble with the neighbours for it being too late, lol miserable bastard tut tut.

I look forward too later, but don't be to hard on me when you see the 450, those alloy rear gear boxes are just about the most sodding awkward bloody things to put together what with the screws and the outer pipe spacers, looks nice though which is the main thing.
