    OK I think I cracked it, the new motor had a different Pinion so I swapped it over to the one I had on the old motor, as the tooth arrangement was different, I lowered the head speed using the five point throttle curve by a few points between the second & fourth throttle curve, and it took a little experimenting with the Gyro settings and after a few batts I've got there by 99.8% compared to how it was before.

    And now she flys really great, it was so nice to hammer the throttle do some pretty exciting flying without worrying about the tail wag.

    If anyone wants the before and after throttle settings as a template I'll post them here, as I know Brin has a few issues in the dept, and I'll only be to willing to share what I found.
