  • Horizon Hobby UK again!

Well I know this has been done before but I would like to give you my account of my failing to bind AR7000 rx.
My Spektrum rx is about a 12 month old give or take it has failed to bind on numerous ocasions since I purchased it new.
I went into the Hobby Hangar Saturday & Bumped into Boggy & Ade smith the proprietors son & fellow addicts.
I was wanting to purchase some items for my freind who was with me then we got round to the dodgy rx bind issue.
A phone number was emediatly offered for horizon UK who I duely phoned on tuesday tea time. I was asked to try to rebind whilst on the phone & no number of attempts worked so the technician asked for the unit to be sent to them. I packed the jiffy bag & duly sent the rx to them on tuesday evening. Imagine my suprise when I got home from work today to find a parcel I know I hadnt ordered. In the parcel was a brand new AR7000 at no charge I'm well made up.
Horizon Hobby could teach a few people out there about good customer service. Just thought I better tell the world again how ace they are.

Had a similar experience with my AR7000 that I got as a freebie with the great DSM giveaway.
Was faulty, sent it back and received a brand new one 2 days later.
          Fantastic service from Horizon.

Must say they've always been very good with me. And lordy a few ppl here know some of the issues I've had with DX6i's.

BTW, anyone thinking of getting one, I also know many ppl who have had no agro at all with them, I was just unlucky.
