Great to see you so enthusiastic and happy Wayne - you need a tonic after all your troubles and I'm really chuffed for you mate

Enjoy her (as if you wouldn't) and go steady - the repair bill will be greater with a heli of that size

Great to hear you've got it - I bet your face was a picture when you first opened the package
You'll love the 500, flies like a bigger heli and plenty of power

Can't wait to see pics and vids. Please don't keep us waiting

Again many, many thanks, I'd love to thank everyone individually but I'm unable tonight, however I'm getting more excited about flying her while reading others experiences with the 500.

Someone mentioned a 700, I wish, lol, that's so beyond anything I'd even dare to fly after seeing how big one is, but what a bird!

I ordered a set for my T-Rex 450 SE V2 and did not get hit by all that extra tax etc. Too be honest I would think it unlikely on a small package like that.

Even so its got to be cheaper than repairing the whole heli if a cheese string lets go..........

Wayne, more than happy for you mate. Cant beat a bit of good luck sometimes and you deserve more than your fair share. I flew Chris B's on Sunday just in hover tail in and was totally hooked, amazing feeling, which I want to replicate.

Your not going to know what to do with youself after your first flight......

Bought a second AR6200 RX yesterday from fast lad in preparation when I get mine!!!!

A little something for you think about Eddie........I happen to know Mr Models has got a 500 at a very good price which I'm sure could be negotiated further if you mention DMHC and co.

Thanks Ron, trouble is it's very easy getting carried away and the old "just one more battery" soon mounts up to a boat load of flying in one hit, trouble is the adrenalin surge releases endorphins and the pain disappears, however once back and you start to relax then you find out your in trouble, but by then its too late.

I've been known to go through so many packs in one hit I've had to land due to concentration levels being maxed out for to long, and in a way running out or brain juice.

Again a disastrous situation with other areas, and I'm paying dearly for it even now, so having a machine which will have shorter durations until I buy a Cellpro10 and a few 500 batts wont do me no harm for the time being.

Just a mention to Ant', we've spent quite a while talking about the heli's finer points, and other topics during the last week and I have to say he's a bloody nice bloke, a factor which for the better part we miss out on as it's mostly text chats, not a one 2 one real conversation, and it's been a real treat getting to know someone else on the forum behind the scenes, however it's been my experience that no matter who I've made contact with everyone is very friendly and only too willing to help as best they can, which speaks volumes about the special place we have here the the people who make it so.

Ant's a genuine dam fine chap, and I'm sure a little into next year he'll be here with an air force of thirsty Nitros ready to hit the sky's again.

But through he's generosity I now have a brand new built 500, something I never thought would happen for quite some time.

Cheers bud' as you know she's going to be well pampered, loved and enjoyed for many years to come.

This is really great news Wayne, I can't wait to see it.

                              Thanks Gary.

She's a bit smaller in the canopy area, as the Rappy has fuel tanks & engine to accommodate, but the rota size is impressive.

Clare's out tomorrow night so your welcome as always to pop over if you can.

Wayne I ordered and fitted the RCScrewz kit after I nearly threw the heli out the window when building it up. So your covered there, no need to upgrade twice. The standard align screws are utter rubbish. I took great pleasure in throwing them in the bin after removing from the heli.

Glad you like it, just make sure you do something that I never did - FLY IT!

                                Enjoy it mate.
