Head speed?

Hi there all
i have just fitted a Revlock 20 to my Raptor 60 can any of you let me know what head speed i should set the RevLock too?

I am flying with Carbon blades (NHP) i can do Fig 8 and am starting to push myself.

Depends on many things really, what blades are you using ? woodies / carbon make ? what stage are you at flying wise ?

He stated figure 8 and starting to push on.

Look at the spec of the engine and see if the max power at rpm is stated. If so set that speed on the governor. The governor works with engine speed not headspeed. You will have to determine that from the gear ratio of pinion to main gear.

iirc raptors are 8.5x the desired head speed. Thats how my 50 is set anyway. I'm assuming the gearing would be the same
