tail starting to swing 90 degress left and right

tail starting to swing 90 degress left and right. the gyro is fine and there is no slope in the tail. I changed the servo and that made no differance. any ideas would be great thanks

Is the gyro well attached to the heli? - is the pad well stuck down!

If you are absolutely certain that the gyro and servo are okay then check the mechanics for binding and check any/all bearings for smoothness. If the mechanics are okay then that only leaves the engine and possibly its bearings.

The gyro can be fine but if the HH gain is to high it will over compensate and keep on swinging from left to right.

hi its the zoom 450ic with the sx 12 engine its one week old. the radio is the futaba 6exhp. the tail servo is a j perkins

theres the problem tail servo!!! J Perkins servo's arent the best, my advice is gy401 and 9257

Right sorted the tail out i replaced the servo.
