  • does anyone have flap/gyro switch for a dx6i??

    i know its a longshot but does anyone have a switch for a dx6i??? im after the flap/gyro toggle switch!i have been reliably informed that they are a pretty easy swap and can be unplugged on the inside of the casing!

    just ring horizon hobby and explain your problem. i bet they will see you right.

      just been trawling the internet and apparently they wont supply a switch but you have to send it to them for a serice/checkover with a turnaround of 10-15 days! dont know how true this is but could really do with just getting a switch! are the switches a universal toggle switch or spectrums own shape/design??

        Have you tried e-mailing their support team? They're pretty good usually. Just explain your problem to them and I'm sure they'll do what they can to help.

          my trim switch buggered up last week so i rang the repairs dept. i had the new circuit board in the post the next day no questions asked! top service

              By the looks of it its same as JR X3810 I've compared it with my sons DX6.
              Today's outlook is fine for flying.
              • Spektrum DX18 gen2, Phoenix Sims, Align MR25XP.
              • Blade Nano, mCP X, 130x, Blade 180, Mini T 450se
              • Trex 250dfc Gpro, Trex 500EFL Gpro.
              • Trex 600E Gpro DFC, Trex 600NSP now Gpro, DFC, Redline 56

                    just make sure you put the wires on same poles, if yer stuck save it till weekend n ill sort it for ya

                      How Much Was The Switch, If ya don't mind me askin'??. I dropped my dx6i and the same switch has smashed. Cheers!!

                              I believe they are held in by the small circuit board on the back of them. Two small black self tapping screws. (I no longer have a 6i so cant check)

                              edit just looked on google that is the cut button I was thinking of. the other switches are held in by a simple screw ring on the front of the radio.
