CCPM setup Help needed

I have assemble my new Mini Titan SE with JR receiver and have set my JR 3180 radio to CCPM I've got it so that the pitch is working on all 3 servo's but the aile and elev are working opersite ways on stick.
Can anyone help me on this one. I have tried swaping servo leads around but no luck.
I've also tried to change some settings on the radio.

change the values in your swash mix menu till you get it right. ive never done an mt so dont know which it should be but it will be somthing like -60% -60% +60%

Its in your swash mix on the 3810 so + or - 60 or the abouts

swap them around! use it like a reversing menu

if you aileron is at + 60 then go to - 60 on it that will reverse it or vice versa

Biggles will that do it at the pitching is okay but the problem is with aile & elev being opersite way on stick.

are you saying that if you move the stick right the swash moves forward????

so aileron is working elevator?

are you set to 120 degrees ccpm on the tranny

you can try aile 60% elev -60% pit 60% & ail rev ele rev the rest are normal

Biggles i've set the 120 if I move stick left heli aile right & if sticks move back heli will elev forward.

pull out the servo leads one the left & right of the swash , now when you push the right stick forward the servo at the back should push up , & the front of the swash should go down if not revers that in the servo revers on the tx,

Thanks for ya help ended up doing a reset entered the settings again and bingo Flying Bl**dly lovely.
