Bad Shakes in Reflex

What has happened,,,leave my nephews on reflex for a few mins and come back to find the heli's shake as if the tail was imbalanced.

anyone got any ideas on what they did/changed cause it makes the heli un flyable really...its the same on whatever model i select.

try resetting you transmitter model memory for the particular model you use on the sim
