just been checking drive tail gear and it seems to be really worn and when i hold the main blades and turn the tail blades the gear is slipping i am going to change the unit and will let you know what the results are thanks

Let me know what happens. You have a good setup there and I would think it to be a mechanical problem.

Your not over pitched ?? are you .
The Zoom likes max pitch +/- 7 degrees I would think the Trex would be around that as well.
If you are pulling a lot of pitch at lower collective it could be generating more torque than the gyro/tail can cope with.
            Dave
If it's not fun, your not doing it right !!

thanks guys found the problem at 2.30am this morning.
after replacing drve train and tail drive train i decided to check my pitch settings (thanks g-dave) the pitch settings were ok +11 and -4 still a begginer,i decided to check over all my settings, changed the blades from plastic to woodies, checked over the tail servo pushrod, disconnected it and checked the free movement of the slider,it was decidedly notchy,so i disconnected it and checked the movement of the tail blades one of the blades was very tight on the spindle(remembered i had shed a blade just before i went on holiday i replaced it and some of the locktite must have got on the plastic and it was binding at one point stripped it off cleaned it and now she is flying great, just got to get the confidence to go for f/f,
like to thank you guys for the help
