Spirit flybarless

Hi ime setting up a new Heli with the spirit pro flybarless
in updated it to version 2.4.3 or what ever the latest update is

any way all complete except when I tilt the Heli forward the swash plate moves forward
and if I reverse the swashplate type (Trex 700e v2 ) the forward is correct but the left and fight are not

so my question is with the new updates is the swashplate sensor direction a thing of the past
Because there is no way to correct this in the setup wizard



nb my other spirit pro with version 1.2 update has this mix in the setup wizard
opposite direction to which ever way the Heli is tilted

Double check you have set the mounting orientation correctly in the software. Sounds like you have it backward.

I agree with Grumpy, go back to the unit mounting orientation at the start of the programme, I had the same issue recently, if you don't use it all the time you forget..

Hi I’ve swapped the orientation round to 180 and all that does is swap one of the sensor directions not both

when you’ve finished with the 2.4.3 set up does the swash move opposite in both directions or is it a new thing
in the latest software

The swash must always compensate in the opposite direction to the tilt of the heli. You shouldn't be arbitrarily swapping the orientation, just set it to reflect the actual orientation that the unit in mounted.
if you have the orientation set correctly then the problem may be that the left and right swash servos are reversed where they plug in to the FBL
