    Well we are all used to hearing about terrible service from various shops, or lack of stock. But I would just like for once to shout out from the tree tops an example of superb customer care.

    I recently purchased a Msh Brain 2 HD from Midland Helicopters. Didn't fit it for about a month, and then noticed it wouldn't power up through its dedicated heavy duty power connection. It would work happily if power was connected in the same manner as other brain units, but not through the dedicated port. Which was a complete pain considering that was why I choose it!
    So a phone call to Midlands on Monday 20th of this month, and was told to send it back for them to look at. I posted it on the 21st. Today, the 23rd, I receive a package containing a new replacement unit.
    I am so impressed by the efficient and fuss free manner in which Trevors team at Midland Helicopters have handled this issue. So thank you again.

    I’ll second that. I had a similar type of problem, oddly enough with another Brain 2 (micro) and although it took a while, Trevor bent over backwards to get me a replacement unit. No fuss, just apologies a new unit and a discount voucher. A superb company to deal with.
    So many heli's, so little time.
