Well them links haven't helped me as I don't do gaybook. There is life outside of gaybook and I'm enjoying it.

Totally agree Paddy. I use it for work and it's only good for small groups. Get a large number of people/friends/groups and it's an endless stream of cats, cars and Bert Kammerer etc. with no organisation and no real value.

At least here it's organised and relevant, we just need to get a bit more information flowing.

FB is a stream of info and not really a source of info. I know the forum is slow but still serves as a great info resource. Our club is doing very well, just had our best year and imposed a new member ban to allow existing members the chance to join for next year. The past few years have required a lot of help, transitioning from n to e (and back again lol) and fbl just two big big changes that required forums for help and sanity. Keep posting, keep looking and hopefully the new era of helis will be born.
