align ds825 jitter stutter

Hi Guy

I have a problem with my align ds825m tail servo. sometime when I plug in the battery to the esc the servo start to jitter/shudder/ twitch very fast. it do not happen all the time.

I have checked the setting on the microbeast and they are correct. I have taken the servo out and check the wiring, not breaks in the wire.

it has only done it a couple of time, heli has not been crashed

anyone got any idea's of what it could be,

check servo plugs are in properly. check for loose connection at the plugs. Check the pot on the servo by pushing the servo arm at different positions in its 180 circle of rotation. if it jitters when pushing against the servo arm at certain point in the servo range then its a dodgy pot = new servo.

If all the above is OK then change the servo anyway.
