    OS/Align 91 spares

    Don't post here very often, but after my trusty 700N needed new bearings, I think I need a new ring as well (no idea how many gallons I've had through it). However, I can't find any spares in stock anywhere?

    Am I now stuck with an unserviceable engine? Does anyone have a spare ring for a 91H knocking about in their spares box.

    Can't really justify upgrading motor to a 105 or equivalent, I'm just not that into the heli's anymore, I just enjoy flying it about.

    Hopefully someone can help.

    Bearings are easy to come by, just search for OS 91 bearings on ebay or BOCA bearings. as for piston ring try below.

    its listed under os91hz and hzr spares not sure if identical to 91sz that align is based on

      RC JAPAN .com great service a lot cheaper and normally delivers in about a week so not bad at all. any issues just drop them an email.

        Chap at Phoenix was really helpful but no stock, doesn't look like Ripmax have any either but he is checking back with their engine expert in the morning.

          try motors and rotors
          I had a 91 C spec piston and liner from them a few weeks ago
          Hirobo Turbulence D3
          a bunch of bls servo's and a 701 gyro
          Powered by an OS91 hz and a MP2

            Sent them a message, but they only list one for the FX. I know they have more stuff than is on the website so you never know.

            Spent the whole evening searching the web and apart from a few obscure places it looks like zero stock. I'm amazed as I would have thought there were still plenty of these motors knocking about needing spares. I guess things have moved on.

              Just had a quick look on Fastlads and it looks like they don't have any 90 sized engines in stock which might explain the lack of spares!!

                I think you will find the ring on the sx/sz/hz 91 are the same
                the pistons and liners are different due to the port timing on some of the model ranges

                also try
