Phoenix and V Control

Anyone know how to set up Phoenix with V Control. I can't seem to get the throttle to work. It just seems to be activating and deactivating intermittently. Also with the rescue function work on it or is it just a Neo thing.

MIK4928 is the part number.

You need the sat with it.
