Stolen kit

Hi guy's, Not sure if it's been mentioned yet but John William White had all of his kit stolen.

Keep an eye out for the following -

Stolen today along with his car in a house burglary,... please keep an eye out for these helis ,.....
Here is a list of the stolen items:-
TDR (Three Dee Rigid) Yellow with Red flashes Canopy
Goblin 700 Green Frame – Red Canopy & Boom
Goblin 630 Yellow Canopy & Boom with Red. & Black Flashes.
Goblin 500 – White Canopy & Boom with Red Flash & Black Trim.
Goblin 500 – Yellow with Black Trim Canopy & Boom
Goblin 500 – Yellow with Black Trim Canopy & Boom
Trex 600EFL PRO – Standard Canopy
Trex 550DFC – Standard Canopy
Trex 550 DFC with Trex FBL Canopy
Trex 550 FBL with Standard Canopy
Trex 550 FBL with Standard Canopy
4 of Blade 450X with Standard Canopies.
Spektrum DX8 Mode 2 with Aluminium Case
4 of Maplin Aluminium cases with Lipos for the above TDR, Goblin & Trex.
All the Helis apart from the TDR were in TREX style Carry Bags. The TDR was in a PINK Sleeping Bag.

Gosh, I am so sorry for this fellow pilot.
I can't imagine how terrible it must feel to be robed from everything AND from all one's helis.

Were the helis in the car and then the car was stolen? If they were all in the house then they must have had plenty of time to round up everything - and either they targeted the helis or they just had so much time that they grabbed them as well as whatever they were after.

Generally my assumption would be that thieves would first want money or things they can easily sell, but who knows. In any case it's a terrible thing, just horrid and despicable.

Id guess, providing it wasnt someone within the hobby (which I sincerely hope not!) that the helis all just happened to be already loaded in the car?!
May have been an idea to post details of the vehicle as its probably an easier spot!
Id be devastated if my 3 heli fleet was stolen so I cant imagine how this poor guy must feel.. Best of luck recovering everything that was taken!! Hope they chop their scruffy little hands off!!

These scum bags usually just take everything that's not bolted down and worry about what to do with it later. Hard to understand how they could sell stuff like this on because it's very distinctive.

From what I can tell the guys house was broken into whilst they were away for the weekend, They ransacked the house, stole several items inside the house including the keys for the towing car they own aswell as nabbing that aswell.

Been there and it's crap. Difficult to get motivated to build up the fleet again. Bought a few models but not flown a single minute since I had my entire fleet stolen. Scumbags and I hope they get caught. Sorry.......

No need to apologise

Often its not the ££££ cost/loss, it's the invasion and the phsycological intangible losses that affect people most. Being robbed or ripped off really can knock the wind from one's sails. The money side often takes 2nd place - its the feelling that someone did that you.

Need those helis listed with their components - the we can collectively keep an eye out. It'll be gumtree or ebay which are easiest to monitor. Collective eyes are great if you show them what to look for. Can use this thread as leads for the owner or Alex to recognise or dismiss.

I don't have a complete list as it hasn't been put up yet, I copied the first post from a post on Facebook, Just wanted to make people aware.

No we were away for a few days with daughter & grandkids. Our house was burgled and the car used to transport some of the equipment. It was later burnt out.
