Wonder if Hobbyking will be using the recently completed "silk route" railway line that only takes 18 days from China to the UK to ship Li-po and other 'dangerous' goods, rather than the 3 months by sea?

        If anyone is after some 6S 5000mah 30C lipo's

I've just come across these Scorpion packs on sale at £55
Not used them myself, but imagine them to be pretty decent.

I've just purchased two 6s 5000 Mah Turnigys from Hobbyking Global. Only took six days to arrive in a normal cardboard box delivered by FedEx. Cost £104, still a good price for a good battery. This morning in the post a Duty & Tax invoice from FedEx Express for £32.40p I've not had this before, has anybody else.

            I have.

            FedEx deliver your parcel first.
And then surprise you with a bill for tax an duty after.

That's why I prefer DHL, at least they bill you before delivery.
            An no surprises.

Just ordered 3 4500mah 6s 45c packs from uk warehouse for the 550x, they are down from £85 to £62 at the moment, spent ages looking in to the hyperion packs and scorpion but there dosn't seem to be any clear opinion on either, used the nano techs for the 450l and they are alot better than the align packs i have for it, so went with what i know, i just hope i can get decent flight time out of 4500 packs.

Has anyone tried the graphene lipos yet? I use the 4000mah 3s ones in my car and they have so much more punch and last longer then the 5000mah lipos I have. They are also bigger despite being 1000mah down.
