  • DX9 v DX8 gen2

Hi can any tell me why I should pay the extra premium for a DX9 , When the DX8gen2 has all the same features yet only one less channel?

The DX9 does have a few more bells and whistles (that most people wouldn't use), but to me the main difference is the form factor. They have a different casing and so the ergonomics are a bit different. Personally I'd lean towards the DX8, but only after trying one in my hands. I presume you've seen the feature comparison chart:-

SAB Goblin 380 KSE - latest love thang
Lynx OXY 3 - my mini flagship!
Blade 180 CFX - field beater for new moves
Blade Red Bull BO-105 CB 130 X - scale fun flying at the field when the tail isn't broken, which is not often.
    Blade mCPX - sold

Blade Nano QX - house fly of choice
Blade mCX2 - retired but will be back when the kids get a bit bigger

    Spektrum DX8 - for everything
    ne
Xt sim - the sim I started out with
Heli-X sim - my new favourite sim!

At the moment I'm flying the JR XG8 which is a very nice Tx but the operating system and the programming of it are a nightmare

plus us when I use it with my mini bars I lose a poet for the receiver which can also be a pain especially when trying to put HV into them,

And I don't use all the features on it niether but it is a quality bit of kit
