  • Edge Control Question

I am in the process of building my 2nd T-Rex 600E. I was putting it all together and wondered why the main rotors are 'trailing edge' control and yet the tail is 'leading edge' control.

Is there some benefit of each being the respective control edge or is it just the way things work in the heli world.

    Just wondered!!

Hmm they are not ... the way it rotates is the leading edge first on both mains and tails ...

Sorry, perhaps I did not make myself clear. When I was talking about edge control, I mean the arms that control the pitch of the blades are reversed between main and tail rotors. Main rotor is trailing edge attached arms and the tail is leading edge attached arms.
