I haven't got a photo at the moment but it is a Lantian buzzer as sold to go on quads as a lost model sounder. I have looked it up. It is 5 volts.
It doesn't have any plugs or other connector. The instructions make no mention of it.

The buzzer goes on the negative side of the discharger.

Those perfect regulator's units are quite smart, but I still can't understand why they didn't make a case for it.
Heat wouldn't be an issue with cooling slots, but it would just protect the exposed pcb if anything fell on it...... such as a screwdriver while it was on your bench.

            I love it.
Yes it is exposed and for that reason i place it on a table with nothing around it.

Mine isn't a Perfect Regulator unfortunately. It is a cheap Chinese balancer with three light bulbs. The lipo gets connected to a piece of electronics which is connected to the three bulbs. It is connected to the balancer by a small wire. The balance leads of the battery plug into the balancer just like with an ordinary lipo tester.

I made up a little stand for my discharger and here is a picture of it in action.
