Trouble viewing photos

Unable to view photos/images on posts, when i click on attached images it gives me a message saying unable to perform this action refresh page and try again. I have done this and i get the same message every time on every image, is there an issue with my account ???? is anyone else having this issue ??? hope the moderators can shed some light on this.

This has been going on for a long while, and unfortunately Boggy's suggested action didnt work for me.

Stuart asked me to pm him the details of an example, and my login details so he could try and reproduce it but I have not heard back..
