Over the weekend, I had a little accident with some superglue and the back of my DX9, which unfortunately lead to some melted plastic and a very upset me...!!
Contacted Horizon Service Centre yesterday to explain my plight (melted back cover, antenna cover and battery cover!), and for the cost of £20 to cover postage, a very helpful lady said she would sent me all the bits I would need.
A package just arrived for me from FedEx, containing a new fully assembled and ready to screw on back, complete with all the switches installed, antenna, headphone jack and even the rubber grips....!!
Amazing customer service, as have always had from HH, many others could learn a lesson or two from them.......!!
