neXt sim help needed

    neXt sim help needed

    Trying to update my neXt sim, but every time I click on the download link it starts downloading then stops half way.
    Many ideas, running Windows 7 & I have tried turning of my antivirus

    If you bought neXt through the App store you have to download from there....

        Are you updating from the prompt at the bottom of the program? If so try this link

            Tried it that way too, stops half way on downloading

              Possibly hitting a limit via your ISP or your router?

                  doubtful, have you tried downloading it in 'in private' mode?

                        took my activation key out & tried downloading again, and it worked
