  • E-flite have some serious battery competition

Today I've tested my new Electrolite BCX2 800mah batts, now this was there first flight, and it takes a few flights/charges to bed them in, but I achieved a solid 12 minutes of powerful flying right up to the cut off point.

At £5.99 each compared to E-flites £19.99 this is a serious one sided flight with one possible out come, E-flite are either going to be forced to make a drastic price drop with there battery's for the CX2, or that dept of the business isn't going to last for much longer.

I had to wait a few weeks for stock to arrive but it was well worth it, for a little over £12 inc P&P I have had over 20 minutes fly time for half the cost when you include the postage you'd pay from a supplier anyway.

Excellent product guys, I'm well pleased and looking forward to monitoring the flight times after a few flights when the Li Po's are more bedded in.

Superb product, at seriously crazy prices, I'd recommend them 100% to any BCX2 owner, or one on a limited budget.

They sound like they have the potential to be quite good.

It would be good to hear how they are doing once they have had 15-20 cycles through them.

    Cheers

If you like it loud and dirty, only Nitro will really hit the spot!

Indeed, the longevity will be interesting, but I'm doing so much Trex practicing on the island or on Phoenix my new BCX2 doesn't get the hammering the older one had.

They seem well made, I'll show you next time we meet up.

(feeling brave for a little buzz around later.)
