  • Fitting Stubz paddles

    OK, dumb question time

I'm fitting a pair of Stubz to my K3D. Do I just thread lock them on to the flybar or should there be a grub screw in the small hole in the leading edge?
If so what size/type of screw is it?

    There's no screws in mine

There should be hex grub screws in there. When i first done mine i used a smaller hex driver and it just spun so i thought there was no screws in there also. Double check and try again as there should be some in there. Use the next size hex up if the one your trying just spins. This happened to me when i was also fitting to my Knight 3D.
    Cheers

      Cheers Lee

Thought there must be some in there..

My 2mm hex driver didn't go in the hole cos it's got a larger shank passed the tip.. A normal hex key works fine..

Why didn't I think of that before

I guess you've resolved this, but the supplied hex key fits all the fittings for these paddles
