I think you missed my point. The edges of the vinyl are actually overhanging the carbon edges slightly in places - not something you see on vans/lorries - so will likely peel back very easily and allow dust to collect on the exposed sticky side, which is definitely not a good look. I'm not saying it's going to fall off, but it is going to look a bit tatty. I just don't think it looks very neat, but as said it's not going to make any difference in the air. I think it would look much better and hold up better with a neat 0.5 mm carbon border all round. Actually come to think of it, I've actually got an example of a pre-cut sticker on my tail fin, which has held up very well (200 flights):-

SAB Goblin 380 KSE - latest love thang
Lynx OXY 3 - my mini flagship!
Blade 180 CFX - field beater for new moves
Blade Red Bull BO-105 CB 130 X - scale fun flying at the field when the tail isn't broken, which is not often.
    Blade mCPX - sold

Blade Nano QX - house fly of choice
Blade mCX2 - retired but will be back when the kids get a bit bigger

    Spektrum DX8 - for everything

Xt sim - the sim I started out with
Heli-X sim - my new favourite sim!

personally i think it looks worse with a border.

my goblin has stickers right to the edge on the tail, as long as its cut tight with a razor etc then it will look good!

The border is entirely personal preference. Overhanging stickers however just look bad. As you say if you are going right to the edge it needs to be perfectly cut and that's where the OP had not done a great job, especially at the corners which are the most critical part for peeling.
