help wanted for new direction

hi, im looking for some help . have been into helis for a long time. am currently flying a Goblin 500 powerhouse on hv using 6s 3300-4000mah.
loved by me for its very precise flight charecteristics and my son for it to do every 3d manouvre in the book .
also have a logo 600 se and a logo 550sx.

am looking to maybe get something 600 sized to further utilize my packs from the goblin 500

like the Goblin 630 but seems it may be a little dated and now the 570 is here maybe soon defunkt

any help will be used to decide on which way to go?

the setup i have in my logo600se will be kept to power the new 600 machine if possible?

FWIW, I have a Goblin 630 competition, with which I share packs with my Goblin 500. The 630 is significantly bigger than the 570 I'd say, closer in feel to a 700 if anything. I somehow doubt it's going to be defunct, and even if it is, I'm really happy with mine!

PS. Don't know about dated .. The competition version sports the HPS2 head, and can be upgraded to an HPS3 if you're interested int 3-bladed. It's no more outdated than the G700 competition and I can't see that disappearing either ??

This is a great heli and I run it on 2 X 6s 3300mah packs. I get about 7 minutes flight time. Trouble is of course future spares availability is a little up in the air at the moment.

EDIT : I would add thought, it's a tight fit against the canopy. With a pit of persuasion with a hair dryer, I get 1-2mm clearance to the top of the canopy. I think Scorpions are a popular choice too with the G630

i have a knotronik 700-45 which is in the 600 se with acastle 120 amp esc which is very proven in the logo so would be happy to swap it out

It shows the measurements for the motor - in particular the shaft and where you need the flat. I had to get a mate to dremel my motor accordingly.

already had to do this to my Savox motor in the 500 so doing it again wont be a problem!
would love to find a Savox equivalent for a 600 as the 4750-1200 in my 500 is a monster

Well, on the face of it, the 550Kv would fit, and the shaft may not require shortening (35mm versus required 34mm)
