A bit disappointed

Like many I was all too happy to take advantage of the FL boxing day sale. Placed my order a few days ago and received an email today saying that my order will be posted after the holiday period. I was really hoping it'd get posted today or tomorrow but such is life I guess.

I guess we all get excited over Christmas time!!

Has anybody else had the same?

I got the same email. Yeah I had expected them to be despatching order today as they are open, but it's no skin off my nose really because I'm not in a hurry for the bits and bobs I ordered.

It's my present to myself for working away this Christmas! Well that's my justification and I'm sticking to it!!

I've been up to the store today to pick up a few things I ordered in the sale and I must say that the guys were working flat out to pick and pack orders that have been placed, there were quite a few pallets of orders ready to be collected by the couriers in the distribution part of the store, I'm sure you will get them soon.

That (the shipping backlog) might explain it. I placed my order late on Sunday so it's probably sitting some way down the list of orders to despatch.

Sent orders in on 24th and 28th of December for cash on collection, not had the usual ready for collection e-mail yet so no doubt they are busy.

I ordered a HPS-3 today I called them up and they said they were trying to get orders out today, I got email from Royal Mail at 5.06pm saying my items were on their way with tracking number supplied. And when i log into fast lad account my order says dispatched.

so I would think your items are on their way

I picked royal mail special delivery for shipping option.
