After thinking about a 450 that's £300 I thought that would be a bit silly of me as I have a cheapo 450 anyway. I sold my raptor earlier so freed up some funds... And...
So as many of you saw a nice 600 EFL came up and that really took my fancy so I made an offer....
My 550 has a friend now :-)

never got on with 600 efl the ratios were all wrong, has to be screaming it head off to get a decent tail.

Relativly easy to fix though. You just use the M0.6 auto and tail drive gears off the older Trex 600ESP to give you the same tail ratio as most other 600's

I had a 500 EFL and never had a problem with it. But then I was at a stage where I was still learning the basics - mild inverted at most. I never tried anything that was likely to test out the tail authority.

I'm guessing Jake is at a similar stage?
