That's pretty mild for a 130, try a drop or Lubisol 10 or similar contact cleaner on the tail servo.

I would go into set up and reduce the gain to see if that helped. I disagree thats mild

If the wobble is recent and it flew all right before then there is a fault. Altering the gain will not cure the fault.

The least reliable parts of a 130 are the servos (although there are plenty more). They tend to get muck or grease on the sliders.

          I would tend to agree.
Like Mike asked has this ever flown without the shake? I found on mine that following a crash the boom would sometimes get pushed up and no longer be horizontal and when I spun the main blades there was a lot of resistance, but after levelling the boom by undoing the boom supports and checking the length to make sure there was no play and it was horizontal again I found that it got rid of a lot of the tail shake. I also sprayed the servos with contact cleaner which you can buy from Maplin's. When you move the rudder is the servo travel nice and smooth or is it uneven in its travel?

That looks like the classic shake of the tail servo contacts being dirty to me. As Mike says above, try spraying some Lubisol onto the contacts of the servo (when it's off!). Don't power it on again until you're sure the servo is dry.
