Help needed with TR

I had a rather "heavy landing" with my Blade 230S. I ended up with no blades on my tail rotor.
My replacement TR has arrived and I am not sure which way round to mount it.
I have noticed that there is a dot on one side of the boss. Does anyone know if this should be on the side of the motor or the screw?
