I don't disagree that it is unlikely a prosecution wont be pending but your missing the point of reckless here. It's not the outcome, its the element of behaviour that would be prosecuted. We probably all agree the lack of damage or injury was lucky. You dont' have to have a collision to be prosecuted for dangerous driving, it's the recklessness that counts, not the outcome. That the outcome was not more serious was luck, the incident was reckless.

Not trying to be argumentative here just hoping to get over the principle, which remains a principle unless it goes to court.... which I agree is still unlikely!
