I know its been said before, but how do you do that again, as I want a thumbnail of that as my Avatar, and I want to put pics on my posts.

Jamez use this format, without the x's x[img]xhttp://www.rcheliaddict.co.uk/modules/coppermine/albums/userpics/10002/normal_jamez.JPGx[/img]x
basicaly when you post, click on Img, then put in the url of the picture then click Img again, you will have to resize for thumbnail with whatever image editor you have
