    Nailed that Lipo

    Had a duff haiyin so though I'd nail it Sorry they are upside down.

    Just curious as to why everyone seems to puncture Lipos when they have an issue?

    All our club members seem to do it too,the worst thing possible and against what every lipo maker recommends.

      I never had you down as a member of the fun police? I however NEVER nail a damaged lipo, oh no. I use a big rock instead pmsl

              Must be a h&s issue paddy




              And on another note DO NOT be fooled into thinking they are competently inert. I crumpled the foils in my hand after doing this and burnt my hand!

                Stabbing LiPos is very dangerous...
                Last time I tried I used a garden fork
                Missed and stabbed myself through the foot
                Really hurt

                  I prefer an axe. If you use a 'proper big' lumberjack sized axe you can stay a safe distance away while you chop.

                    A 12 bore with a number 8 goose load is good.
                    Get your worst mate to stand 50 yards out, and lob the naughty LiPo into the air as high as he can...
                    If you have an old fashioned side-by-side gun, you can fire both barrels at once....

                          Make sure they're fully charged (if you can) before you stab them. They burn very well indeed.
