    I get your point, but someone who tries to fly a 700N when his transmitter is set to 'Tiger Moth' is as bad as a guitarist starting the opening riffs of 'Hey Joe' when the rest of the band is playing 'Killing Floor'. It shouldn't happen.

    However, your point about Futaba having better solutions for maintaining radio signal strength is very valid, because that resolves a problem which is outside of the influence of the operator.
