Im looking to replace the metal servo horns from my 700e dfc with a plastic equivalent. But finding it hard to get any of the same length. Does anyone know of any?
just a thought ....i remember looking at some of the airplanes in my club i did notice some had long plastic horns of different sizes , maybe worth looking at airplane sections in model shops
I personally wont use the Mikado carbon servo horns after reports of them failing in flight. This was I think on Kyle Staceys goblin? Probably will never happen to me; but even still, carbon is brittle plastic is not.

In regards to the Mikado horns this is from Bert K himself.......
Guys, my personal recommendation, don't use Mikado servo horns on 770, use on 700 and 630, they indeed can break in flight. The Goblin 770 is much lighter and agile than others on the market, this is conducive to the pilot attempting much harder 3D flying, which in turn can break the arms.
I have personally been running the Mikado servo arms on the 630 and 700 for literally thousands of flights without issue.
