i went up friday night stayed till 4ish on sunday, only ever done it as a day trip before, which is fantastic but the night flying is even better, amazing entertainment and value for money. and will definately be going for the weekend next year

I took my 2 boys on Saturday and even with the rain we had a fantastic day we will be going and camping all weekend next year cant wait

First year we camped.

Usually,
We leave early Saturday morning.
Drive home about 10ish,arrive at midnight.

Get back up early and head back on Sunday.
Then sleep all Monday lol.

Was so nice to not do 8 hours of driving and relax more this year.

I'm new(ish) to the hobby and this was my second visit but I wasn't any the wiser to what I was watching than I was last year. Granted some VERY impressive flying but who, what, why and when? How on earth do you find out who's who, what's going on and what I've got to look forward to? Perhaps as part of my £12 entrance fee 5p could be diverted to a program (or is it programme?) of events. All very confusing but already looking forward to next year's.

You must have missed it but there was a program offered to me but I declined as the heli fraternity is so friendly all you need do is ask ;-)

The only place I saw the Programme was on the main showline bottom end.
With their own little stall and raffle.

But didn't see it until Sunday.
When I finally managed to get myself unglued from the Heli flightline.
