New trex 600 & 700n models

So align have updated their 600 & 700 nitro models, but as far I can see the only change is the gpro? They haven't even bothered updating the canopy or kitting it out with new electrics... Very lazy release, if you could even call it that!

Looks the same to me. It seems unfathomable that they upgraded the servos on the e power helis to HV brushless yet still use the old DS615/655 on the nitro helis? Maybe they are just selling off old stock?

600 has a helical cut gear now. Wow.

I am surprised they haven't bundled the HV servos. They're ideal for Nitros as you can do away with the regulator.

I like it means my old 600n is still the latest version...the align 600n is still a very good fun model and its the spares availability for them that also make them so good...

its when you rush out and get the 2015 model you then then upgrade to the
summer spec model with hv servos followed by the fl release to replace the dfc

Exactly, the 600N fills its role perfectly, not sure what you could do to make it any better at what it does.

When I got my 600N I really didn't expect to like it as much as I do but with a 55 in it it flys really well, you can stick DFC though.

By this measure why update anything, ever? I mean they all fly, so they 'do their job'.

You have to agree the new align servos are better and since they're HV it would simplify the model as there is no need to run a reg. I just don't understand why align didn't include these as they have done with all of their other recent releases.

FL head would be nice but you can easily upgrade to that.
