Whats the best 450 size heli at the moment

I know that any "Whats the best" threads can sometimes be a bone of contention, but I'm keen to have everyone's views on the best 450 size heli currently available. I'm looking to replace my Warp 360 with something new, but not sure which way to go.

You can get them from agile UK, RCHero and modellbau uk I have not had an issue with spares

I've planted it hard 3 times now and all I've done is the skids and the boom supports, and of course canopy and blades but it's one tuff little bugger

The Gaui X3 is the best I've had. If I totally pile it and it's a re-kit job, I'd buy another in a heart beat.

I'd be willing to give the chase 360 a go. The one with the motor/esc is a bit of a bargain. I still might if I get rid of the Warp.

My Warp, I could never get flying 100% to my satisfaction. I even tried again today, and while it's close, it's still not there compared to the X3.

Saw the thread title and came on to say 'warp 360', but then read your opening post and reaslie that that isn't going to do.

TBH, it would have to be pretty good to beat the warp 360 - Flies big and very accurate. Fantastic design and extremely tough (spanked mine hard today and only blades and a few servo gears!).

Love the gaui x3 if you havent tried one. But very different as they are very cheap and cheerful and the opposite end of the spectrum from the warp (but still fly really well).

Like the look of the chase and the goblin, but not sure the goblin fits the '450' ethos given it is very expensive and significantly bigger than other 450's. Maybe i am just jealous of those who have one! But for me, i want my 450 to be really tough in a crash, something i am not sure a goblin can or will ever be.

Don has smashed a fair few 450's in his time and if he rates the Chase then that would be where i would head if i looked for something different to the warp!

everyone will just recommend what they have. cant imagine you will get any useful info.

best do some youtube searches for the various ones out there, and buy whatcha like. they all do the same thing really!

HK 450 has the best quality materials known to man,no brainer

Goblin 380 the best I flew so far,
only 4 flights with it and must say I am impressed,
Flimsy frames and boom and the tail slider got me a bit concerned during the build (to tight),
it will take low HS better than the X3 and Trex450 or infact better than any other goblin I flew,
quiet and smooth with low/medium HS, bring the Throttle up and the thing is an animal.

price wise the X3 is difficult to beat and have no complains whatsoever, geared up with the average 450 gear it will make any other 450 look like a brick,
but if money is not an issue and you are ready to gear it up with good servos/power combo, the Gobby is in for the podium
