Oh my days!!!! the Sullivan could turn a Ford Astra engine over..... the OS 91 turns over like there is no glow plug in the engine with it, I'd say the Sullivan has 10x the touque of the Align.

Had a proper result too, second hand Sullivan for £50, got a Robbe shaft on ebay for £5.99 and made a boss to join them, well happy

Just need to make a lipo plate holder for it now.

You might want to look for a 1 way bearing for your adpater or are you just pulling the wand out. Bargain with the starter though

Yes indeed, the Dynatron is a beast! What I always found surprising is that it's not difficult to hold onto it even though it exerts a lot of torque to the engine, must be the weight or something. I run mine on a 4cell pack and it can handle anything I own with ease.

Mine too It must be one of the ones with more grunt as it is ok starting my 105 Hz-r. Not as smooth as a dynatron for sure. But it starts the engine just fine with a few short sharp bursts on it I keep meaning to pick myself up a Sullivan though. Just don't see the need when the Align white finger jack hammer is starting it up ok

Just get it bought Adam, you'll think you should've done it sooner.

I used to use a cheap ripmax starter with a starter cup and some cheap 6 mill hex shaft that was excellent align 6 mill hex is made of cheese and a with a 5s, it started OS 50, 55, 90, 91, YS 91, 120SR with ease, only died when I dropped from boot of my car onto concrete, and 1 of big ass magnet inside cracked and caused issues. align starter is nice and compact but the vibrations are a pain in the hand

I don't need a one way in the starter with the Trex 600 and 700, Align put a one way bearing in the clutch housing

What I just found is the Sullivan spins the engine twice as fast so starting is much quicker, maybe I have a dud Align starter? lol
