In a nutshell you are not being stupid mate, the pro series was a flop.

The rest of their range doesn't seem to be affected.

The Blade 700X was actually more expensive than the Goblin 700, when it was released.
Yeah - bare bones kit was stupidly priced. When I bought my 700X, I paid £75 less than the kit price, for the entire combo!

                  £419 for a 360CFX? Just paid £275 for a 450 Dominator. I think I'll give it a miss thank you.

Are you going to use the 3GX?

The 450X was £320 so £100 more for longer boom and blades does seem a quite a big price increase. Will have to wait and see it after it's released before making judgement.

Another thing to consider is HH is an American company and probably prices it's products in US$. Last year £1 got you about $1.70 but now it's like $1.50. Once they set a price of a product in a foreign country they usually stick to it but new products are likely to be priced according to current and expected future exchange rates.

£419 is just the RRP. The RRP for that £275 Dominator is £429 - £10 more than the 360CFX! That said, £275 is a bargain, although many would probably swap out the 3GX.

It's just the rrp yes, but it is releasing in a time where you can get the dominator a lot cheaper. They should have adjusted the rrp based on that imo. When the Dom released there weren't as many 360mm helis, and the ones that were there were probably a lot more expensive. Not so with the blade product, what does it bring to the table over the competition? Price? No. Specs? I doubt it. Brand name? No. Hmm

How do 450X part prices compare to those of the 450L? Also which one crashes better. These things need to be considered too
