Well, it's been a busy week but a consistantly good forecast for today has kept my spirits up for some great heli flying today, except...

... except, ages ago, Mrs Leebert and I thought it would be a great idea to get a copy of Wii Fit and the balance board. I pre-ordered it ages ago and it was delivered to work yesterday. We both had a go last night after a few drinks and, guess what...
...my back doesn't want to work today The best weekend day so far this year and I haven't even considered attempting the drive to the field - marvellous

went flying this afternoon, and it was really blowing a gale and affecting the 600n quite badly, put a tank half through it and gave up before my luck run out.

I know how you feel about looking forward to flying and then not being able to... Drove 30 miles to the club i fly at only to get a phone call from work saying there were problems with the Aircon and had to turn back... That really P****d me off.

(After a few drinks with my lady in the evening time, its not a Wii that gives me a bad back in the morning!!)

Had a wonderfull day thanks Lee.
Spent most of it redoing my setup on the Knight Sport 50 due to over writing the model memory on my dx7
There was an upside to it tho as it now flies better than ever & has probably just saved me from buying an align super pro 50.
The heli now flies like it's on rails & is much more like my smaller align electrics to fly. I even managed some auto practice with it but I have a major fault with the Govenor system. I think 6 seconds lag from switching the hold off to the engine getting the blades back up to speed could be classed as excessive.
We also managed to sort my mates 500 out for him which he wasnt happy flying due to a rather pitchy setup but all is fine now & he came home with a smile a mile wide. Aint this hobby grand, what would we do the weekends with out it

Had timmy/spiderspid/Dougie and myself flying all afternoon and forgot about the time and we were supposed to be going out tonight..

Just landed back in the house at 8.15pm..

My how time fly's when your enjoying yourself..

Try explaining that to the wife though..

Anyway I'm sat here losing weight because my tea is in the dog..

Had a great days flying, myself and Mark Lane went out all afternoon and packed up about 7.
Even had a bbq on the go, great.
Put about 2/3's gallon of nitro through the Trex 600N, 3 batts on the 450 and 2 on the 500.
Lovely day if a bit blowy but not enough to ground the helis.
All came home in one piece and a big smile knowing that i have got over the 500 crash and all is well again and my flying was back to how it should be.
Only slight drama of the day was the plank, lost radio contact and had no reponces, and glided itself straight into a tree and got stuck up there
Luckaly the boys sorted that out and climed up and got it out, and with no damage bar a few scratches, think i will be adding a specktrum reciever and running it of my DX7 in future.

had an awesome days flying today. did 3 tanks through the synergy, all faultessly, and about 10 on the 450, again faultlessly Made some real progress today too with my inverted circuits, tail in inverted hover (im fine nose in, but tail in ive been struggling!), and also quite a bit of backwards circuits. i really feel like my flying is coming along again

well i use 2 batterys on my twister hawk and recharged and had another go. i for the first time i did'nt break any blades

no rain here, and very little wind. had another awesome morning flying. Did another 3 flights on the n9 and 3 on the 450, all without incident, and im getting much smoother now! loving this game again now after my bad run 2 weeks or so ago
