Vbar registration help...

Im getting a bit confused with Vbar registration.

I have 3 silverlines, all running Pro. I bought them from new ages ago so can't remember how i went about updating them to pro in terms of usernames and passwords for a Vstabi account. I presume i must have registered them as i have upgraded them to Pro which i assume would require them to be registered first?!

I couldn't find any way of logging into Vstabi and my email seem to be unrecognised.

So i have had to create a new Vstabi account so i can register my Vbar control. So how do i get all my Vbars registered to my new account? It says i can send a log file… but i have to include the email address the units are currently registered to? But thats the bit i don't know?!

Im pretty confused by this as i can't work out why my email address is not recognised because they have been upgraded to Pro. Does anyone know what to do in this situation? Is there a direct email address or phone number i can call to try an clear up why they are not currently registered to the only email address i have ever had?

by sending them a log, vstabi then nose you own them and will register to your devices.

Hi Adam, that is strange.

You can either upload the logs when logged in (it know your email since you are logged in), or just email the service dept at service@mikado-heli.de

They're usually pretty quick and get back to you within a few hours...

Just a log on its own? It says on Vstabi it needs to have previous reg e mail address too along with the log. Or i have to fill in some manual form or something?

Plus… what e mail do you send the logs to?

have you set up a new user account, if so use that email.

Screen shot will also do the trick with the serial number. Just use the vstabi site register, and attach file log or screenshot job done. Takes anywhere from a few mins to a few hours.
