Has anyone used this website, tried to order a sim and it didn't go through properly, seemed like the link to my PayPal account was funny. Anyway I quickly changed my password, it's probably me being over cautious so just wondered if the Site was legit?

+1 on Align Trex. Raj is a top man and will bend over backwards to help you. Top service if you ask me.

Also got a 5% and triple points sale on if you order now whilst they are closed on hols (8th Aug I think).

Why would you go to the 'Test' version of the site?

Just go to the normal website (ALIGN-TREX.co.uk) and all will work just fine.

Raj is an excellent supplier and the current 5% discount while he is on a well earned break is a great deal.

As above, Raj another crew are a top bunch and I've never had any issues ordering bits from them. Then I discovered I work half a mile from the shop!

I'm guessing you found the through A search engine? It's happened before when the are testing new stuff somehow the development URL gets indexed by a search engine and hey presto you arrive at the dev site which does not work 100%. If you have spent money email raj (customer support) from the proper site ALIGN-TREX.co.uk, Specialist supplier of kits and spares, heli spares for ALIGN, Goblin, EFlight, ALeeS, ELYQ, Synergy, Thunder Tiger and JR RC (Radio Controlled) Helicopters Model Helicopters and he will fix everything for you - don't worry you've not been scammed.

+1 on the comments above. Really good customer service, fast dispatch and advice if you ask for it. (I spend way to much money with them ...).

Sometimes google is too clever and indexes a web site even when you don't want it too. I tend to take my test sites down when they are not being used for this exact reason.

It was the test site I ended up on, didnt even know there was such a thing as a test site, hence the confusion, thanks for pointing out what was probably very obvious to everyone else.

Just been on the correct site, the phoenix sim with the DX6I isnt listed on the actual site, I did a search for it and thats how I came across the test site where its listed as in stock. So yeah, pretty stupid of me, you live and learn.

Align-Trex is probably my favourite RC heli shop. Perhaps they don't have as large a range or stock as the others but the customer cares is second to none from my personal experience.
